ZeroZero Marketplace Catalog Rules

At ZeroZero, we strive to create a friendly and safe environment for trading pre-loved items. To maintain the integrity of our platform, all members must adhere to the following Catalog Rules when uploading items.

Please note that these rules are an integral part of our Terms & Conditions. By creating an account on ZeroZero, you agree to comply with these rules and our Terms & Conditions.

Allowed Items

You can sell the following items on ZeroZero:

• Men: Clothing, footwear, and accessories
• Women: Clothing, footwear, bags and accessories
• Children: Clothing, footwear, and accessories
• Swimwear and underwear can only be sold as never worn or never used before.

Important Note: ZeroZero reserves the right to reassess what items are permitted on our platform. We may remove items that violate our terms, even if they're not explicitly listed in the prohibited items section.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed on ZeroZero (please note this list is not exhaustive):

1. Illegal items
2. Counterfeit or fake branded items
3. Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
4. Weapons, explosives, and related items
5. Drugs and drug paraphernalia
6. Prescription medications and medical devices
7. Adult content and sex-related items
8. Live animals and plants
9. Perishable food and drinks
10. Used underwear and intimate wear
11. Recalled products
12. Hazardous materials
13. Personal information or data

General Rules

1. Upload each item separately under the appropriate category.
2. Only create one listing per item.
3. Correctly describe the item's condition, including any defects or alterations.
4. Use clear, well-lit photos that you've taken yourself (no stock photos).
5. Set reasonable prices that reflect the item's true value.
6. Respect intellectual property rights and do not use unauthorized branding.

Penalties for Rule Violations

ZeroZero may take the following actions for rule violations:

1. Hide listings that need amendments
2. Remove prohibited items
3. Suspend or permanently block accounts for repeated or severe violations
4. Contact the legal authorities
