Welcome to ZeroZero ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZeroZero website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), and the services we offer (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3.1. To use certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3.3. If you are registering as a business entity, you must provide valid business registration details and designate a primary contact person for your ZeroZero business account.
4.1. You agree to use the Platform and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4.2. You agree not to:
a) Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
b) Impersonate or attempt to impersonate ZeroZero, a ZeroZero employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
c) Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which may harm ZeroZero or users of the Platform.
d) Use the Platform to advertise or offer to sell goods and services, except as expressly permitted by ZeroZero.
e) Upload, list, or sell any items prohibited under our Catalog Rules.
5.1. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and content of their Listings.
5.2. All items listed must be pre-owned or outlet items, authentic, and in the condition described in the Listing.
5.3 Items such as swimwear, underwear and makeup can only be sold as never worn or never used before.
5.4 Sellers must accurately describe any flaws or imperfections in the item.
5.5 ZeroZero reserves the right to remove any Listing that violates these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
5.6 Listing items on ZeroZero is free for individual sellers. Commercial sellers are subject to a variable percentage fee on the total price of sold items.
5.7 Sellers must respond to ZeroZero's courier within 2 business days to arrange item pickup.
5.8 If you are a company selling on ZeroZero, a 15% selling fee is applied to the total price of the item.
6.1. Buyers are responsible for reading the full item description before making a purchase.
6.2. By making a purchase, Buyers enter into a contract directly with the Seller, not with ZeroZero.
6.3. Buyers have to inspect the item upon delivery and confirm its condition with the courier.
7.1. ZeroZero offers various payment methods, including cash on delivery, card payments, and the ZeroZero Wallet.
7.2. The ZeroZero Wallet allows users to collect earnings from sales, make purchases on the Platform, and withdraw funds.
7.3. A Buyer Protection fee (excluding shipping) is applied to all purchases. ZeroZero reserves the right to change the amount of the Buyer Protection Fee at anytime.
7.4. Funds from sales will initially appear as "Pending Balance" in the Seller's ZeroZero Wallet and will move to "Available Balance" once the transaction is completed.
7.5. The minimum withdrawal amount from the ZeroZero Wallet is €10.
7.6. Identity checks may be required for withdrawals as part of regulatory requirements.
8.1. For deliveries within Kosovo, a flat rate of €2 applies, with delivery typically within 24 hours after the item is prepared in our warehouse.
8.1.1 For pickup service a flat rate of €2 applies as well
8.2. International shipping is available to Albania and North Macedonia, with rates varying based on package size.
8.3. Sellers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged for shipping.
8.4. Buyers may be required to pay delivery fees even if they decline a package, as outlined in our shipping policies.
9.1. Buyers may return items immediately to the courier if the item is significantly different from its description.
9.2. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
9.3. Refunds will be processed to the Buyer's ZeroZero Wallet once the return is confirmed.
10.1. The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by ZeroZero, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Kosovo and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
10.2. Users must not use any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without the express written permission of the owners.
11.1. The sale of counterfeit or fake branded items is strictly prohibited.
11.2. Users must comply with ZeroZero's Catalog Rules regarding prohibited items.
11.3. ZeroZero reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or take other actions for violations of these rules.
12.1. ZeroZero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
13.1. ZeroZero reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
14.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo.
14.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kosovo.
